 Australia - Orders Over $150

    1. FREE Standard Shipping on all orders - Over $150 (3-7 business days)

    We offer FREE Worldwide Express shipping, with DHL on all orders over $300

    If your order total is less than $300, you will be charged $20 (non-refundable) for Standard shipping

    Rest of the World (10 – 14 days Business Days)

    DELIVERY

    In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. For smaller items, Australia Post will leave in your Post box if you are not home - so please ensure this is secure. Joanie Loves ChaChi uses a service that requires a signature on delivery for all Orders Over $300. In the event you are not present to sign, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest post office - Unless you leave us an authority to leave note, which your parcel is then left at your own risk.

    • Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be sent that afternoon or the Next business Day
    • If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery for WA and NT customers
    • Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays
    • Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Joanie Loves ChaChi will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data. If re-delivery is needed, the customer is liable to pay for an additional redelivery fee of $10
    • Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs.

       

      WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DELIVERIES

      Worldwide Express Shipping costs $20. Free shipping offers apply to international orders over $300. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

      TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

      Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email detailing your consignment note number, you can track your parcel online, through Austpost (https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track)

      DHL is used to send our parcels overseas. If you would like to track your international order please go to http://www.dhl.com.au/en/express/tracking.html and type in the air waybill number from your consignment note.

      SALE AND PROMOTION DELIVERY

      Please note that during sale periods we are unable to change or update delivery addresses. Please ensure details are correct during checkout. Express Shipping and are not available during sale periods. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery during sale periods

      TRANSIT

      Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bush fires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      We will happily provide an exchange or refund for items purchased online that are deemed unsuitable where the intention to return the item has been emailed to online@joanieloveschachi.com no longer than 7 days after the date of delivery.

      Please allow 24 hours for Online Customer Service to respond with approval. The online department will email you a Return Approval Number. When approved, the item/s must then be returned to Joanie Loves ChaChi in the original packaging by registered mail, at the customer’s expense.

      Items must be returned with the Return Approval Number and the original receipt.

      Failure to do so can result in delays

      Joanie Loves ChaChi reserves the right to refuse any requests for exchanges or refunds after this 7 day period. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to process and clear once items have been returned. Any refunds processed will NOT include a refund of the postage fee, only the amount of the item purchased. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at Head Office within 6 weeks of purchase and deemed a manufacturer’s fault, and not attributable to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product. If an item is returned outside this time period, unfortunately Joanie Loves ChaChi cannot take responsibility 

      For returns to be facilitated all items must be in a new and unused condition with all tags attached. Under no circumstances will we accept items without their tags. Shoes must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or marked soles. Please allow approximately 1 week from the day you return your goods to process the return.

      Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail price that was effective on the date of the original transaction.

      SALE/PROMOTIONAL RETURNS

      We STRICTLY are unable to offer refund or exchange on Sale items. Please choose carefully as all Online Sale transactions, that have been marked down are final. Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note THAT some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at the time of dispatch. If an item is not available you will be refunded for the item. Please allow up to five working days for processing. We appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

      Refunds fact according to NSW Fair Trading website: 

      Legally, refunds are only available in fairly limited circumstances.

      You are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item doesn't fit.

      RETURNS EXCEPTION

      Please note refunds and exchanges are not accepted on swimwear, underwear and jewellery due to health regulations.
