It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

If you need to change shipping address before an order is dispatched, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped the parcel, we can easily change/or correct your shipping address. For international orders, we cannot guarantee the requested change can be made once order is dispatched. Once any order is dispatched we can raise an address change with our shipping partner Australia Post, but we can not guarantee an address change will be followed through once an order is dispatched.

All full priced items purchased on joanieloveschachi.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be advised all returned items must be sent back in their original condition with the tags still attached. All items must also be unworn and unwashed. Please email us at online@joanieloveschachi.com so we can authorise and send you a Return Authorisation number and address for Return.

Australian Domestic returns we retain a $15 Postage & Processing Fee.

For all International Refunds, original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return.

Yes, please use your own shipping service & label for all returns. Joanie Loves ChaChi does not currently cover cost of Return shipping and is not liable for any items returned, so advisable to arrange for either insurance or signature on delivery.
